WebJan 2, 2007 · im in the middle of this strain isolation with orissa india. the mycelium on all of my plates is slow growing and show no rhizo's even after the 2nd transfer. i also germinated SA spores on agar which shows aggressive mycelium that colonised a whole plate in just a few days. the OI mycelium is just weak and hasnt colonised any of my older plates.
