WebThe opportunities of ethnicity pay reporting A 2024 CIPD survey of 243 members found the overwhelming majority supported the Government’s compulsory ethnicity pay reporting proposal. The ‘top five’ benefits identified were: • to develop a reputation as a fair and progressive employer (66%) • to address workplace inequalities (61%) Webemployee equity. We reviewed the 2013 and 2015 reports of these companies to enable us to understand and calculate any change in how HC was reported. The research shows an overall increase in the reporting of HC issues, with the largest increase coming under the heading of employee equity, which had increased by 127%. Download the report below.
